Description
• To design and implement effective strategies regarding HR issues so as maximize potential output of our talent.
• Monitor and implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Design and implement employee motivational programs.
• Extensive Experience in Recruitment, Selection, Training and Development of Staff.
• Manage complete personnel records including profiles, leaves etc
• Required Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, hard working, Strong organization skills, planning oriented.
• Experience in Hotel Industry is preferable.
• MBA(HR)/MPA/MHRM with atleast two to three years of Experience
