Front desk coordinator required:

Job Description:

1. Works as part of the Administration and Facilities unit, monitoring and managing the flow of visitors and clients in an office.
2. Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers. Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
3.Answers all incoming/outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, and routes calls to the appropriate department
4. Furthermore, duties include responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate. Filing, mail distribution and use of a computer usually are necessary
Any other task assigned by the management.

4. Good customer relations skills

Minimum Education Bachelors
Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
Minimum Experience: 1-2 Years
Salary Range: PKR. 20,000 to 25,000/month
