Area and Zonal Managers - Pakistan
The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and leading a sales team and an agent network.
The job role requires the managers to:
- Develop retail channel
- Lead teams from the front
- Build consistent transaction volume growth
- Maintain quality of service standards
- Ensure compliance to policy and regulations
- Impart product training to teams and retail agents
- Monitor competition intelligence/market research
- Coordinate and liaise with all cross functional teams
Eligibility Criteria:
The applicants, up to 35 years of age, should at least be Graduates, preferably MBA with a minimum of 5 years of core retail sales experience in FMCG or Telecommunication industry.
Location: To be based in all major cities across Pakistan.
