The hospital, a project of Sitara Group is looking for a high caliber, self driven professionals having dynamic personality and result oriented approach for the following positions.
Chief Operating Officer:
Qualification: MBBS and MBA or Masters in Hospital Administration/ Management.
Experience:
- Overall 15-20 years of rich experience in hospital management. - The ideal incumbent should have proven record of planning, managing and controlling large scale hospitals. - The individual is expected to be a visionary, with a capacity to propose and implement operating growth strategies and to provide guidance and direction to the team. - This is a leadership position and the candidate is expected to show credible and positive attitude, drive, commitment, emotional stability and ability to interact with diverse, professionally qualified and experienced human resource. - The individual should have minimum 10 years of experience as "Medical Superintendent" or Commandant of a large hospital preferably retired from Army Medical Corps as "Brigadier" However, seasoned and professionally strong civilians can also apply who have the capacity to run the hospital administratively and operationally in befitting manners.
