IT Officer - CPSP Lahore.
The Role:
- The person will be responsible to Installs, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains hardware and software products. - Facilitates backup and recovery. - Identifies, evaluates, and may correct hardware, software, and operational problems. - Maintains service logs; coordinates hardware and software updates from vendors. - Provides technical guidance and one-to-one training is to end-users. - Assists in the I.T workshop when required.
The Person:
- Candidate should be BS/BCS/Graduation with Diploma in Computer Sciences or Certification in Cisco with 01 year relevant experience. - On hands experience related to video conferencing will be preferred.
