Job Description:
• Managing the shift activities of the manufacturing plant ensuring that production efficiency and quality standards are achieved.
• Ensuring that all machines and equipment are in good running condition.
• Ensuring that all utilities facilities are kept in good operating condition to provide the needs of concerned users without incurring too much wastage.
• Ensuring that all raw materials, finished goods and end-to-end manufacturing processes are strictly complied with the quality standards of the company.
• Responsible for the cost effectiveness of the Plant.
Skills Required:
We require competent and skilled Engineer for Middle Management level Position. Ideal candidate must posses’ degree in Mechanical / Industrial Manufacturing with proven track record in a high speed concern of repute (Process Industry). Above position requires excellent leadership and people management skills.
