Manager Customer Services:
Responsibilities:
- Directly reporting to the Director, you will provide and ensure quality customer services.
- You will design and implement result oriented and innovative CS strategies ensuring the success of the projects.
- You will be responsible for handling queries/ complaints of customers and maintain good relationship with them.
Requirement:
- You must be Masters, preferably MBA with at least 08 years of experience in reputable organization, including 03 years experience on the same position.
