Chief Engineer:
Candidate should be experienced of 5-7 years as Head of Department. Should be expert in following areas to handle Workshop Routine Operations, Familiar with Preventive, Periodic and Breakdown, Maintenance, Managing Workshop flow and staff for optimum productivity, Training & Development of existing technical team, Management of Route Technician and Technical Feedback, Developing and maintaining of procedures and documentation for standardization, Managing Budget and Procurement of spares.
Required Skills:
Interesting in Engineering Parameters and investigating approach for problem solving, Comfortable in workshop environment and doesn’t mind getting some grease on hands, Knowledge of ISO systems or equivalent, Hands on experience either on Engines or Refrigeration Units.
Location: Karachi & Lahore
Education: B.E. Mechanical / Marine Engineer
